Colby Chiropractic, Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation offers an evidenced-based, integrated, multi-disciplinary approach to our patient's care. Treatments include chiropractic manipulation, Graston Technique (instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation), manual myofascial therapy, muscle energy, Kinesio Tape, rehabilitation training services, and McKenzie Method. Our focus is on patients' history, extensive evaluation, functional assessment, and individual goals to help develop a unique treatment and self-care plan.
At times, your symptoms may require that we work directly with your primary care physician. My extensive history working with primary care, internal medicine, rheumatology, physical medicine and rehabilitation (PMR), and orthopedics within Health Partners/Park Nicollet Clinic for the past 17 years allowed me to build a strong network of relationships with other clinicians to assure my patients receive the best possible care.

The health and well-being of our patients and staff are of high importance. Colby Chiropractic, Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation (CCSMR) is following the guidelines provided by the CDC and MDH related to COVID-19.
Office appointment measures are in place to maximize the safety for both our patients and the provider.
Provider and patients will be required to wear masks.
All surfaces of treatment room and lobby will be thoroughly cleaned between each patient visit.
Patients and staff entering CCSMR will have their temperature taken upon arrival. Staff will have temperature taken throughout the day. If patient or staff register a fever, appointment will be rescheduled.
Each patient treatment room will undergo a deep-cleaning each day.
